2.1 We sell acrylic display cases, magnetic graded-card protectors, sealed TCG product cases (including ETB, UPC, Booster Bundle, and Booster Box protectors), and related accessories.

2.3 Colours, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, manufacturing tolerances, or screen settings.
2.4 Any Pokémon cards, graded slabs, ETBs, UPCs, or sealed products shown in images are for demonstration only and are not included unless explicitly stated.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Payments must be made through accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
3.4 We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

4. Order Processing & Acceptance

4.1 When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
4.2 Acceptance occurs only when we dispatch your goods.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including for:

  • Product availability issues

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect customer information

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
5.3 Once an order has been shipped, risk passes to you.
5.4 Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer may result in extra charges or failed delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 Our standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.
6.2 Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with protective films intact.
6.3 We may refuse refunds for:

  • Used or marked acrylic cases

  • Items with removed protective film

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging
    6.4 Change-of-mind returns require you to cover return shipping.
    6.5 Products arriving damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours, with photos provided.

7. Warranty & Liability

7.1 Our products are intended for display, protection, and storage purposes only. We are not liable for damage resulting from:

  • Dropping or impact

  • Exposure to chemicals or cleaning agents

  • Loss of cards, sealed products, or collectibles stored inside the case

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit or investment value
    7.4 Any liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product purchased.
